For UK orders we use Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery which has a 3 day delivery aim. We try to dispatch your order as soon as payment has cleared. If you require an item more urgently please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you sooner
For international orders please contact us for the most economical service for your country
If any product in your order is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. The parts of your order that can be fulfilled will be dispatched immediately, subject to cleared payment
We obtain proof of postage for all our orders, but sadly packages have been known to vanish into the post office black hole! If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks (and you haven't heard from us) please do let us know and we'll send out a replacement.
